With nearly two decades of experience working on a broad range of strategic company initiatives, including technology transactions, employment, corporate governance, finance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and international law, Canton brings exceptional expertise to HUMAN.
Prior to joining HUMAN, the Columbia Law alum led the legal and compliance department at Andela, a global technical talent marketplace. She also worked at Yodle, an ad tech company acquired by Web.com, and at law firms Stroock & Stroock & Lavan and Chadbourne & Parke. As General Counsel at HUMAN, Canton will oversee all legal matters for the company, including compliance, risk management and contracts.
