Kirsten Canton

Kirsten Canton has two decades of experience representing public and private companies with technology transactions, employment, corporate governance, finance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and international law. Kirsten focuses on all legal matters for HUMAN including compliance, risk management, and contracts. Prior to HUMAN, Kirsten built and led the legal and compliance department at Andela, a global technical talent marketplace. She also worked at Yodle, an ad tech company acquired by Web.com, and at law firms Stroock & Stroock & Lavan and Chadbourne & Parke. Kirsten has a JD from Columbia Law School and a BS from Cornell University.
